C.A.N. Trade Show Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

1. Payments: Payments for exhibit space are due in full Aug. 1, 2011. Please contact Crowne Plaza to purchase electric.
2. Assignment of Space: The space contracted for is to be used solely for the Company whose name appears on the reservation form and it is agreed the Exhibitor will not sublet nor assign any portion of same without the written consent of Show Management.
3. Cancellation: All exhibit space sales are final. A cancellation will result in loss of funds. Exhibitors shall not resell or sublet any portion of its space without the written consent of Show Management.
4. Early Teardown: Exhibitor shall not initiate tear-down or abandon exhibit prior to the official show closing time of noon Sept. 25. Violation of this item will cause exhibitor to be subject to a loss of exhibiting privileges for the coming year.
5. Changes in Floor Plan: Show Management reserves the right to make changes in the floor plan and booth locations as deemed appropriate or necessary for the overall success of the trade show.
6. Installation and Dismantling: Set up of all exhibits must be completed by 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 23, 2011. All exhibits are to remain intact until the trade show is officially closed on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011 at noon. Failure to remove exhibit items by 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011 will award Show Management the right to remove and place materials in a warehouse with all charges liable to the exhibitor. Show Management will not be liable for items left on trade floor.
7. Default: Any exhibitor failing to occupy assigned space by 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, is obligated for the full cost of the space and is not entitled to any rebate or refund. Management shall have the right to use said space at its discretion, including selling the space to another exhibitor without any rebate or allowance to the defaulting exhibitor and without incurring any obligation of any kind to the exhibitor originally assigned to the space.
8. Manning the booth: Booths cannot be manned during presentations.
9. Hold Harmless: Exhibitor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, theft, damages and claims arising out of injury, theft or damage to the exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and or property brought upon the premises of the exhibit areas. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless ASA Illinois, their agents and employees from losses, damages and claims inside or outside the exhibit area that may arise as a result of actions of the exhibitor, their employees or agents. Show Management, ASA-Illinois and/or ASA will not be liable to the exhibitor, their employees, agents, or guests for any damages, loss or injury from fire, electricity, water, storm, riot, smoke, theft or accident of any other cause. Insurance protection against fire, theft or damage to the exhibitor’s materials must be carried at the exhibitor’s expense.
10. Responsibility: Exhibitor accepts responsibility and liability for damage or destruction of any or all equipment or exhibit area property or any item caused by its employees or guests.
